- Traditional Christmas Carols sung by a local Surrey school will be echoing across the main entrance as racegoers arrive at the racecourse
- Father Christmas and his helpers will be waiting to meet all the lucky children in his grotto with a lucky dip of presents
- There will be live pantomime performances of Dick Wittington throughout the day
- A selection of Christmas gifts and food stalls will be around the racecourse for some early festive shopping
- Children’s writer and illustrator Judith Kerr (who created picture books such as the Mog the cat Series of books and ‘The Tiger who came to Tea’) will be at the racecourse where she will be available to sign a selection of all her books.
- Face Painting and all children are encouraged to come dressed in fancy dress (Grandstand only)
- After racing, visitors will have the chance to listen and join in singing some festive Christmas Carols with the ‘New London Singers’, one of London’s premier vocal ensembles and conducted by the legendary Ivor Settlefield.
