So why is Sandown Park a great student get-away?

• We’re in Esher - just 25 minutes from London Waterloo on the train
• That’s a £4.70 return from London Waterloo with a young person’s rail card
• You can bring your own picnic (limit of 1 bottle of wine or 4 cans of beer each)
• The minimum bet is £1 and you can bet as little (or as much) as you like
• You can wear fancy dress in the Grandstand Enclosure if you want to have a themed social occasion
• You don’t have to pre-book**, just turn up on the day and show us your valid NUS / student card

What sort of things you could do?

• Have an end of year club dinner or ball in one of our dedicated suites (room hire applies)
• Bring a big group - we have plenty of room
• Have a society social - it makes a change from the union

When can you come racing?

Our student discount is valid on the majority of racedays.

Please note that the student discount is not valid on the following racedays - bet365 Ultimate Celebration Day (Sat), Coral-Eclipse Day (Sat), Music Nights and Sportingbet Tingle Creek Day (Sat).
