Welcome to the Owners & Trainers section of our website. We will endeavour to provide you with the most up to date information that you and your guests require for an enjoyable visit to Sandown Park Racecourse.
ARRIVING AT THE RACECOURSE
Owners & Trainers with a horse running on the day are able to park in the Owners & Trainers Car Park, in the main car park off the Portsmouth Road. Please enter the course via the Main Foyer where a dedicated area is set aside for the collection of badges and additional information.
If you are planning to come by train, we have a courtesy bus running at regular intervals between the station and Sandown Park. This will drop you outside the Main Foyer and take you back to Esher Station after racing. Get up to date information on rail travel.
We are offering a Valet Parking Service for a trial period at Sandown Park. To take advantage of this service please arrive at the Owners and Trainers Entrance as usual and follow the directions of our car park attendants.
BADGE ALLOCATION
With the aid of your PASS Card you will be able to collect up to four badges per runner, or six in the case of a partnership, from the Owners & Trainers Desk in the Main Foyer. Requests for additional badges should be made to Nicky Snedden on 01372 46 30 72, sent by fax on headed notepaper to 01372 46 52 05 or email via email nicky.snedden@jockeyclubracecourses.com in advance of the meeting. Please include your PASS card number on the fax/email, and remember to bring your PASS card with you on the day.

FACILITIES
Our exclusive Owners & Trainers Club is situated passed the Winners Enclosure next to the Weighing Room, where a cash bar and complimentary sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee are available every race day.
If you wish to dine in our Tingle Creek Restaurant please contact our Corporate Hospitality Team by calling 01372 477747. Please stress that you are an Owner with a horse running when you make your reservation in order to receive a 10% discount on the food element of your bill, plus a complimentary bottle of champagne.

STABLING
Sandown Park has 110 boxes and all stabling enquiries should be made through Mick Burbanks, Stable Manager on 01372 461378. Overnight stabling can be arranged by prior notification with the Stable Manager.
Stable staff can be accommodated within the on-site Sandown Park Lodge which provides a bed and breakfast facility for 21 rooms. To arrange an overnight stay please contact the Lodge directly on 01372 461201.
