Welcome to the Owners & Trainers section of our website. We will endeavour to provide you with the most up to date information that you and your guests require for an enjoyable visit to Sandown Park Racecourse.

ARRIVING AT THE RACECOURSE

Owners & Trainers with a horse running on the day are able to park in the Owners & Trainers Car Park, in the main car park off the Portsmouth Road.  Please enter the course via the Main Foyer where a dedicated area is set aside for the collection of badges and additional information.

If you are planning to come by train, we have a courtesy bus running at regular intervals between the station and Sandown Park.  This will drop you outside the Main Foyer and take you back to Esher Station after racing.  Get up to date information on rail travel.

We are also offering a Valet Parking Service at Sandown Park on all Saturday fixtures.  To take advantage of this service please arrive at the Owners & Trainers entrance as usual and follow the directions of our car park attendants.

BADGE ALLOCATION

The PASS System will be in operation at the Owners and Trainers Desk in the Main Foyer and six badges will be available for both individual Owners as well as a partnership / syndicate per runner. Additional Owners' badges can be purchased at half price up to a reasonable number which have been agreed in advance. All telephone badge requests should be made to Petra Gough (01372 46 43 48) the day before racing or sent by fax on headed notepaper (01372 46 13 76) or email to petra.gough@thejockeyclub.co.uk by 10am on the race day. Your assistance is very much appreciated. Please include your PASS car number on the fax / email and remember to bring your PASS card with you on the day. Please note Owners' badges can only be collected in the Main Foyer and not from the More Lane Entrance in the centre of the course.

FACILITIES

Our exclusive Owners & Trainers facility is situated past the Winners Enclosure and beside the Weighing Room, where a cash bar service and complimentary food and beverages are available .

If you would like more information on hiring a box, with special rates for owners, or you would like to dine in our Tingle Creek Restaurant, please contact our Hospitality Department on 01372 47 77 47. We reserve a number of tables in the Tingle Creek Restaurant for Owners. When booking a table please mention you are an Owner with a horse running and you will receive a 10% discount on the food element of your bill plus a complimentary bottle of champagne. For more casual dining, The Brasserie is available on a walk-in basis.

COMPLIMENTARY DVD

All winning Owners receive a complimentary DVD and photograph of their race.  We are now able to offer any Owner the opportunity to purchase a DVD of their race.  If you would like any additional DVD's, they are available to buy for £15 each.  Please contact Petra Gough, Owners & Trainers Liaison, petra.gough@thejockeyclub.co.uk

STABLING

Sandown Park has 110 boxes and all stabling enquiries should be made through Bob Stevens, Stable Manager on 01372 46 13 78.  Overnight stabling can be arranged by prior notification with the Stable Manager.  Stable staff can be accommodated within the on-site Sandown Park Lodge which provides a complimentary bed and hot meal, with 21 rooms.  To arrange an overnight stay please contact Sandown Park Lodge directly on 01372 46 12 01
