Eighties pop group sensation SPANDAU BALLET were the first band to perform at Sandown Park's Music Nights on Thursday 3 June 2010.
With the weather god's firmly on the racecourses side and six action packed races during the afternoon, Spandau Ballet rounded off the day to a packed grandstand by belting out some of their classic hits with a mixture of some new numbers from their latest album. They finished with a spectacular rendition of 'Gold' which made the evening end on an all time high.
With two more Music Nights scheduled for 2010, Sandown Park is fast becoming the next best place to see these world class acts.
